My practice, experience and my values
Before going into a long list of accreditations and skills, I would like to share my journey. My belief system was my most limiting block and they held me down for a long time. The turning point was when I started asking "What If" questions. I began to question my thought process and was open to the idea of a growing mindset. I remember thinking it was impossible to be truly succeed at growing in career I love and am excited about, however with the help of coaching, I feel liberated, I feel happy and can say with 100% certainty I love my career as an Agile coach and Career coach. I was able to light up my mind to possibilities unknown to me, like how to balance work and family, get promoted and provide a mechanism for satisfaction at work. I am excited about serving you and helping you light up your mind and see your career as a mind field worth exploring, enjoying and investing.

I am very passionate about helping individuals develop a growth mindset by utilizing the coaching, mentoring and training skill. I am excited about serving and motivating individuals and teams to be self organized, continuously improve, innovate and solve complex business problems through effective communication, coaching, analytical rigor and quantitative techniques. I work with one -one clients, I also work with cross-functional teams and multi-location projects in North America, Europe, and Africa.
