The sessions provide an opportunity to partner with the coach in a safe environment that allows for exploration of ideas, creation of awareness and exposure of limiting beliefs that hinders growth. Each session is owned by the client. The client mind is a powerful minefield that creates solutions while the coach guides and asks powerful questions to help break the ceilings of doubt and limiting beliefs.

This is a program for scrum masters and product owners looking to develop key competencies and skill sets that would enable them grow in their careers, develop a great team and in so doing get recognized and promoted. The program allows for collaboration and learning from seasoned coaches, scrum masters and Product Owners. Tools and best practices are shared and a lean coffee session is included to allow for pressing topics to be discussed.
